With Christmas just around the corner, we want to make sure you’re prepared with key dates to help ensure your gifts arrive on time! Please take a moment to review this information, and If you have any questions, please complete our Contact Form, so our friendly Plum team can help.
Right now, all of our freight and logistics partners are running on schedule. However, with Black Friday on the horizon, we’re expecting a busy period from late November through mid-December. This time of year brings a huge increase in orders, which means there could be delays as our partners work hard to meet the demand. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this exciting – but very busy – time!
Please note: Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday may take slightly longer to process and dispatch. As our warehouse and office are closed over the weekend, we experience a higher volume of orders during this time, which can cause processing delays. Rest assured, we are working diligently to action your orders as quickly as possible.

Click & Collect
Please note that Friday the 20th is the last pick up time available and orders MUST be placed by Wednesday the 18th.
Plum Office & Warehouse Closures
Plum’s Office and Warehouse will be closed from 1pm on Tuesday, 24th December 2024, and will reopen on Thursday, 2nd January 2025.
Please Note: no orders will be dispatched during our closure period. We will process all orders during the first full week back in 2025.

All dates are guides and subject to change depending on the volume of orders, carrier interruptions, and staffing across warehouse and logistics processes. As these services are outsourced and not owned by Plum Play, we cannot control any delays that may occur.
Holiday Operations
During the Christmas break, a customer service representative will be available on the mornings of 27/12, 30/12, and 31/12/2024 to handle general inquiries.
