It has a Globber-patented steering lock system that locks the front scooter wheels only to move forward and backward for kids to practice balance skills. To go full-on scooting mode and enable lean-to-steer riding, release the steering lock button found on the base of the 3-wheel scooter deck. It also has a patented folding system for easy storage, and easy to carry or roll in trolley mode.
